Hours & Pay


Pay Rate: $25.00/hour


Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing


  • Perform routine particulate testing on medical devices following documented protocols

  • Analyze, verify, and report test results with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance

  • Support failure analysis and CAPA initiatives alongside engineers

  • Troubleshoot and interpret testing issues, participating in continuous improvement efforts

  • Prepare data files, maintain forms, and manage documentation systems

  • Assist in qualifying test methods, equipment, and fixtures

  • Take on support roles during audits, including document retrieval and responding to auditor inquiries

  • Collaborate across departments to share findings and improve product quality

  • Demonstrate strong lab technique including pipetting, using balances, and other basic lab tools

What You'll Bring


  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience with 1+ year in a lab environment

  • Familiarity with analytical lab tools: pipettes, stir plates, balances, etc.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Strong documentation practices and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Experience in medical device testing is a plus

  • Preferred: DV test protocol knowledge and Chemistry/Biology background
