Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; 4 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, AI engineering, or full-stack integration roles.
- Build, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents using Agent Builder, Prompt Templates, Skills, and Actions Framework.
- Prompt Engineering and Context Orchestration
- Data Ecosystem Integration
- Embed Agentforce-powered interactions into Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or React-based portals.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, AI engineering, or full-stack integration roles.
- Proven experience building and deploying Salesforce Agentforce agents using Agent Builder, Apex, and Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Client Cortex, and AI context grounding.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, context graph design, and multi-skill orchestration.
- Experience embedding AI into Salesforce Experience Cloud or React-based portals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps Center or SFDX for CI/CD and environment management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with Salesforce administrators and technical peers.
- Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, RAG design patterns, and Salesforce Trust Layer concepts.
- Experience integrating Agentforce agents into Experience Cloud pages or custom LWC/React interfaces.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AI Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, and Responsible AI best practices.
- Exposure to Client Cortex APIs and prompt evaluation frameworks (e.g., LangChain, DSPy, MCP).
- Hands-on experience implementing AI evaluation pipelines, version control for prompts, and prototype feedback loops.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
