Job Summary:
Hiring an experienced Time & Labor Management (TLM) Consultant to implement UKG Ready for new clients. The role involves leading configurations, guiding customers on best practices, and ensuring successful end-to-end deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure UKG Ready TLM solutions.

  • Act as the product SME and support clients during the full project lifecycle.

  • Manage multiple implementation projects at once.

  • Handle data imports, Excel/VLOOKUP formatting, and custom report creation.

  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate project updates effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with time & attendance implementations.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and consulting skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage many projects.

  • Preferred: Experience with UKG Ready/WFC/Pro, Dayforce, Infor HCM, Oracle HCM, or ADP Workforce Now.
