Business Continuity Analyst
Miramar, FL (Hybrid - 4 days/week)
3 6-month, possible contract to hire
The ideal candidates should possess core knowledge in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and a solid understanding of Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO), including how they are utilized in preparing BCP and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
- Proficiency in Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Experience in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Skills in performing Risk Assessments or Gap Analysis
- Experience in leading or participating in tabletop exercises or simulation drills
- Ability to develop and maintain BCM policies and procedures
- Experience in supporting audits or compliance activities related to continuity
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Delivered training or awareness programs
Core BCM Knowledge
- Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies
- Conducted or contributed to Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Performed Risk Assessments or Gap Analysis
- Knowledge of Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO)
Project & Process Experience
- Led or participated in tabletop exercises or simulation drills
- Developed or maintained BCM policies and procedures
- Supported audit or compliance activities related to continuity
Communication & Collaboration
- Experience working with cross-functional teams

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
