Job Description:

Years of Experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in CyberArk Implementation (Design & Architecture)

General Description
  • Create and implement strategies for managing privileged access.

  • Design solutions ensuring secure storage and retrieval of sensitive credentials.

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CyberArk products (Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, etc.).

  • Oversee installation, configuration, and integration of CyberArk components to safeguard critical systems and data.

  • Engage with stakeholders through workshops and design-level discussions; prepare design documents.

  • Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and PAM procedures to mitigate risks.

  • Identify vulnerabilities and threats; implement measures to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation of CyberArk configurations.

  • Ensure CyberArk solutions are up-to-date and support system upgrades and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with different teams to gather integration/on-boarding data for target systems/devices.

  • Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to address security challenges.

Skills / Technical Requirements
  • Expertise in providing PAM solutions using CyberArk.

  • Experience with CyberArk versions 11.xx onwards.

  • Design, deploy, and support high-performance, high-availability PAM environments.

  • Create workflows, custom connectors, and policies for PAM environments.

  • Perform enhancements in CyberArk Core PAS.

  • Onboard target systems onto CyberArk Core PAS.

  • Support migration from Centrify to CyberArk Core PAS.

  • Integrate Legacy IDM instances with CyberArk to manage human accounts.

  • Support Redhat migration.

  • Migrate CyberArk shared and pooled accounts.

  • Create named tiered accounts model and onboard them in CyberArk; assign correct IDM User Groups.

  • Work on migration models (Pooled Accounts to Named Tiered Accounts).

  • Perform Centrify Access Data Analysis to merge into Tiered Access Model.

  • Deploy/install/configure CyberArk components (Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM) per client requirements.

  • Configure PTA and EPM.

  • Integrate various platforms with CyberArk (Windows, UNIX, Databases, Network devices, SSH Keys, SAP).

  • Create/manage Safes, platforms, and owners.

  • Knowledge of Password Upload Utility and PACLI.

  • Integrate CyberArk solutions with LDAP, SIEM, SNMP, and other identity systems.

  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting) to automate and customize CyberArk.

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (NIST, CIS, GDPR) related to privileged access management.

  • Experience integrating CyberArk with SIEM and security monitoring tools.

Soft Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to present solutions remotely or in-person.

  • Strong documentation skills for creating technical design documents.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Good collaboration skills with virtual and distributed teams.

Certifications
  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) preferred.

  • CyberArk Certified Trustee (CTP) preferred.

Educational Qualifications

  • University degree in IT or IT Security (or equivalent).
