Production Operator

; Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Line Operator / Material Handler to perform various production and material handling tasks in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining production standards, performing equipment operations, documenting activities, and adhering to safety and compliance protocols. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict manufacturing guidelines.

; Job Responsibilities: Perform manual and equipment-assisted production and material handling tasks.Inspect components, documents, and finished goods during or outside production.Accurately perform and document production processes per SOPs and batch records.Sample and evaluate products per defined quality standards; escalate issues as needed.Conduct lot changes, line clearances, cleaning operations, and product evaluations.Identify and isolate non-conforming products.Achieve and maintain established production rates and labor standards.Communicate effectively in a team setting and participate in process improvements.Adhere to cGMP, safety regulations, SOPs, and plant rules at all times.Participate in cost-reduction initiatives, meetings, and improvement activities.Assist with material disposition, including working in outdoor environments if required.

; Required Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.Able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.Proficient in basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages).Mechanical aptitude for making minor adjustments and troubleshooting equipment.Ability to evaluate product quality within defined specifications.Capable of passing GMP assessments and earning area certifications.
