Harmonia is currently looking for a smart and self-motivated Infrastructure Technical Project Manager who understands a wide range of technologies and can provide technology modernization leadership at a major agency.

The position provides an opportunity to develop and advance the. Employees work closely with the government to develop solutions that allow them to carry out submarine missions. The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams to deliver solutions in mission systems.

Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed at client facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates competence in performance and status reporting, support issues and planning processes in relation to the support service activities.
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail.
  • Exhibits the ability to implement a transparent governance structure and reporting procedures that include clear lines of communication between the team and the Government.
  • Provides a process for proactive performance and project risk identification and management, escalation, mitigation, and resolution.
  • Works on how to organize, plan, report, prioritize, schedule work and exercise project control.
  • Indicates how the efforts will be allocated and managed to satisfy the full range of projects.
  • Addresses coordination and control of work assignments including ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Provides an approach to handling quick response efforts and priorities.
  • Manages teams of Network and System Engineers, Architect staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Participates in Agile activities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • PMP Certified
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • 10 years professional experience
  • 7 years of progressive experience in strategic project management, planning, and delivery of contracted services according to contract terms. Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects and sub-tasks. Capability to manage multitask projects of high complexity.
  • Oversee the design and implement complex computer networks for organizations.
  • Manage the design, implement, and manage enterprise network architectures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize networks for performance, security, and scalability in support of the organization's current and future needs/goals.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  • Provide training and support to other IT staff on network technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Cisco networking products and technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new network technologies.
  • Determine production direction.
  • Write functional requirements/specifications documents.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with networking technologies, VMware and Cloud configuration.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security.
  • Experience with Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS, and Cisco DNA Center.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team.
