Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support our growing 3rd Party Risk Program. This role will be responsible for partnering with technology, business, and risk teams to ensure third-party applications and services are properly assessed, supported, and aligned with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance the 3rd Party Risk Program by partnering with stakeholders to track, assess, and mitigate third-party application risks.
  • Collaborate with product owners and scrum teams to write and manage Agile stories and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Engage with technology and business partners to understand business applications, their functionality, and data flows.
  • Translate complex application and process requirements into executable tasks and risk assessments.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure appropriate data management, integrity, and reporting.
  • Provide application support analysis, triaging technical issues and helping ensure proper onboarding and lifecycle support of third-party systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare status updates and documentation for senior management and audit/regulatory reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business execution, risk management, technology, or application support.
  • Experience working in or supporting 3rd Party Risk Management, vendor assessments, or related compliance initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business applications, technology processes, and data flows.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Solid data management or analysis skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across lines of business and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in application support or technical business analysis.
  • Experience with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or similar for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of risk, compliance, or audit practices in a regulated environment.
