Job Title: Network Operation Center (NOC) Specialist Bilingual (Spanish & English) - 3 positions
Location: Miami, FL
Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NOC (Network Operations Center) Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating network and system alerts to ensure continuous operations and minimal downtime. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with both English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network and system performance using tools and dashboards.
  • Respond to alerts and incidents in real-time and escalate as necessary.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Create and maintain incident tickets and documentation for ongoing issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and international clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with engineering and IT teams for issue resolution and updates.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and ensure post-maintenance validation.
  • Provide shift handover documentation and participate in team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a NOC, IT support, or network monitoring environment.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing/switching).
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with shift flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
  • Multinational or remote support experience.
