Description
We are looking for a skilled iManage Support Engineer to provide exceptional application support and ensure the seamless operation of iManage systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for iManage systems, addressing technical issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain system configurations and updates.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cisco, Citrix, and other integrated technologies.
Manage and secure network components, including firewalls and Active Directory, to support system stability.
Perform regular data backups and ensure recovery processes align with organizational requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user concerns and providing clear, effective solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, updates, and support procedures.
Conduct training sessions or provide guidance to users on best practices for using iManage tools and related systems.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or changes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in supporting iManage systems and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of Cisco, Citrix, and cloud-based technologies.
Proficiency in managing firewalls, Active Directory, and backup solutions.
Familiarity with Dell hardware and configuration management processes.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and user satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
