SAP Functional Project Manager


LaSalle Network has partnered with a major CPG client seeking a Functional Project Manager to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is ideal for a project manager with strong PMO experience who can lead cross-functional teams and drive execution across business and IT workstreams. While prior SAP experience is a plus, it is not required-what matters most is your ability to manage complex enterprise programs and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead project planning, coordination, and governance for functional workstreams (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing, order-to-cash).

  • Collaborate with business, process, and technical teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Support the development and tracking of project plans, RAID logs, and status dashboards.

  • Facilitate workshops, decision documentation, and stakeholder communications.

  • Partner with the system integrator and internal teams to ensure timely configuration and readiness of SAP modules.

  • Support change management and business readiness activities in collaboration with the OCM team.

  • Ensure alignment with overall program governance and reporting structures.



Qualifications



  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally including exposure to at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.

  • Strong PMO skills: planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and business process transformation.

  • PMP or SAP Activate certification preferred.

  • Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools is a plus.
