Title: MHE Commissioning & Validation Project Manager - Remote

Description:
While this is a project management role there is a need for familiarity with system integration between material handling controls and inventory systems and communication and facilitation of testing team partnering with those in technology and process development.
5+ years of experience in warehouse automation, MHE, or industrial systems.
Proven experience in commissioning and validation of automated systems.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and performance metrics.
Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
Familiarity with testing protocols, compliance standards, and safety regulations.
Ability to articulate IT, systems, and controls issues and non-compliance and facilitate mitigation.
Experience working with large retailers or logistics companies is a plus.
Ability to work overnights if needed
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for MHE systems, including:
Functional testing
Throughput and performance validation
Installation quality checks
Compliance and safety verification
Integration and exception handling
Coordinate and lead hardware commissioning and validation activities.
Serve as the primary liaison between client engineering teams and MHE vendors.
Track and report on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
Ensure all systems meet client s operational, safety, and compliance standards.
Support documentation of test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with operations, IT, safety, and vendor teams.
Ability to communicate and coordinate across technical and operational teams
