Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of the world s largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished SAP Fieldglass System Administrator.

Location: Irving TX / Alpharetta GA (Largely Remote)

Duration: 5 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

Notes:

  • Role is largely remote, but candidate must be able to come to office once per month either to (Irving, TX 75039) or (Alpharetta, GA 30009).
  • Work Schedule: Mon Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm (CST or EST).

Job Description:

  • The SAP Fieldglass Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, and support of our SAP Fieldglass platform.
  • This role works closely with both SAP and our Company Technology SAP support team to ensure system reliability, manage user access, oversee procurement data, and support Fieldglass-related projects and enhancements.
  • Cross-training will be provided to support SAP Ariba administration during short-term coverage needs.
  • The individual will also cross train on SAP Ariba. This individual will also get some global experience as we are looking to expand Fieldglass to Canada and Ireland.
  • Serve as primary point of contact to resolve all SAP Fieldglass Tier 2 system-related issues.
  • Serve as the liaison with SAP/Fieldglass support for ticket escalation and resolution.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access requests according to compliance policies.
  • Support supplier onboarding in SAP Fieldglass.
  • Monitor system performance and communicate any maintenance activities or system downtimes.
  • Test and deploy new Fieldglass modules, features, or patches. Complete UAT as required by MT. Assess policy change impact on systems.
  • Oversee workflows with a view to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and eliminate bottlenecks. Ensure workflows reflect any changes in procurement strategies or organizational structures.
  • Maintain documentation for system configuration, workflows, and process changes.
  • Identify opportunities where technology can reduce procurement costs and work with MT and S&P business owners to determine prioritization.
  • Maintain audit trails, comply with regulatory requirements, and provide information required by SOX and Internal Audit Team for SAP Fieldglass general controls.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to maintain contract and contingent labor data accuracy.
  • Support training material development and deliver training as need for S&P team and their stakeholders.
  • Provide backup coverage for the SAP Fieldglass Administrator as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS platforms.
  • Must have SAP Fieldglass experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contingent workforce and SOW lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with compliance, access management, and audit protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-directed.
  • Able to collaborate well across teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba or willingness to be cross-trained is required.
  • Additional Knowledge & Skills: Customer service skills; organization & prioritization; financial acumen; influencing others to act; market insights; project management; enterprise orientation / global mindset; data-driven insights and customer relationship management.
