Job Summary? Trade Compliance Specialist - Exports Summary: Provide high-level administrative support to the Export Compliance Program Manager and team, ensuring effective management of export compliance activities and documentation. Major Job Duties: Conduct daily export compliance screenings using the Global Trade System. Generate and analyze monthly export compliance reports; update visualization metrics using pivot tables and Pareto analysis. Perform audits of export compliance documentation and clearance processes. Assist the manager in identifying and implementing corrective actions to minimize discrepancies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience: Vocational and technical administrative training with 2-4 years of relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities required. A bachelor's degree in finance, Political Science, Trade Studies, or related liberal arts fields is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
