Risk Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to support global governance initiatives and supplier risk management processes within our IT Security Risk framework. This role involves driving automation, enhancing risk visibility, and supporting the development and implementation of global tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and support global self-assessment processes across regions and business units.
- Visualize risk posture and exception trends across the organization.
- Define and implement automated workflows within OneTrust for exception tracking and remediation.
- Develop and apply risk-scoring models for exceptions to enable prioritization and informed decision-making.
- Establish automated monitoring systems to track exceptions and coordinate follow-up with assigned Risk Owners.
- Provide training and user support for the IT Security Risk Management (ITSRM) tool, including data analysis and reporting on registered risks.
- Assist in designing and configuring workflows for global and local supplier risk management.
- Contribute to the development and operationalization of a supplier security risk management framework.
- Define required fields and mandatory attributes for supplier inventory records.
- Configure Master/Local attribute structures for supplier data to ensure accurate ownership and governance.
- Implement visibility filters and support data uploads into the centralized supplier risk management platform.
- Facilitate training and automation initiatives within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) module to enhance adoption and compliance.
