Software Resources, Inc. has an immediate job opportunity available for a Lead Product Manager (Phenom) in the Orlando, FL area. This is a one-year contract position.
Hybrid work schedule: Monday through Thursday onsite, and Fridays remote.
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to guide our Talent Acquisition Digital Experiences and Career Site initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our talent acquisition strategies and ensuring our career site and digital experiences attract and engage top talent.
What You Will Do:
- Guide the implementation and optimization of the Phenom Career Site and CRM platform to enhance candidate engagement and streamline recruitment processes.
- Write requirements and user stories.
- Develop and execute a product strategy for the talent acquisition digital experiences, including our career site.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of talent acquisition digital products and features, from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of product initiatives.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our career site and digital experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and digital experiences to continuously improve our offerings.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
Basic Qualifications:
Skillset and Qualification Required:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on talent acquisition digital experiences and career sites.
- Must have proven track record of successfully implementing the Phenom Career Site and CRM platform.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design principles, and web analytics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure success.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Education:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
