Job Details

Key Objective:
Lead the implementation of a content governance strategy to streamline and improve the accuracy, accessibility, and consistency of employee-facing IT communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Drive end-to-end execution of the content governance program, including planning, cross-functional coordination, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Framework Implementation: Establish content policies, standards, and lifecycle processes (creation approval publishing maintenance archiving).
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT, Communications, and SMEs; provide training and enable adoption of governance practices.
Tools & Continuous Improvement: Identify tooling opportunities (e.g., CMS, knowledge bases); monitor KPIs to optimize governance effectiveness over time.
Required Experience:
10+ years leading complex, cross-functional content or change management initiatives
Strong background in content lifecycle management, content governance, or digital knowledge systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience working within IT organizations or on technology-driven change projects
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent
Tools: SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow Knowledge, CMS platforms
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
