Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Consultant

Location: (hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension or conversion.


Need only local candidates. No relocation. Inperson interview- 2nd round.

Job Overview:

This is a senior-level Salesforce functional/administrative consultant position focused on Sales & Service Cloud configuration, user management, process automation troubleshooting, and change management.


Candidates need to have:

  1. Building user profiles, permission sets, and groups
  2. Ability to articulate why you would build a process in Salesforce and how to business stakeholders and other counterparts in IT
  3. Able to troubleshoot and reverse engineer when flows do not work as expected or user's experience in the system does not align with trained process
  4. Experience with configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality
  5. Familiarity with deploying change sets and managing change in complex environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or higher.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Salesforce modules to improve business processes and performance while ensuring high user satisfaction.
  • Design, configure, and test Salesforce modules (primarily Sales Cloud) to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization, including updating documentation and training materials.
  • Manage Salesforce change management processes, including creating, validating, and deploying change sets across environments.
  • Execute complex or novel assignments that may require developing new or improved Salesforce procedures and workflows.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of organizational standards, ensuring all configurations align with company policies
