Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and support geoenvironmental and geotechnical projects
Oversee proposal preparation, budgeting, and scheduling
Conduct dam and levee evaluations and geotechnical analyses
Develop and manage instrumentation monitoring systems
Oversee heavy civil construction and ensure QA/QC
Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, and technical specifications
Support permitting and regulatory documentation
Mentor junior staff and support professional development
Assist with business development and client management
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (required)
Master's in a related field (preferred)
P.E. License (required)
Minimum 8 years of consulting experience in geotechnical or related field
Strong expertise in dam/levee evaluations, CCR projects, and construction monitoring
Excellent writing and communication skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight as needed
Comfortable with field work and managing multiple concurrent projects
