Job Details
Client is transitioning to a true DevOps model and seeks a skilledDevOps Architectto support this transformation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the client s team to assess current workflows, optimize deployment processes, and implement a flexible CI/CD pipeline that enables rapid, individual item releases.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience withAzure DevOps(including Git repositories and pipelines)
- Hands-on expertise withOctopus Deployfor deployment automation
- Proven ability to work withon-premises server environments
- Experience in building and managingCI/CD pipelines
- Ability to assess and improve existing workflows without disrupting ongoing operations
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity withAgile methodologies
- Experience indecoupling sprint-level tasksfor individual deployment
- Knowledge ofenvironment managementacross dev, staging, pre-prod, and production setups
- Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills in complex deployment environments Shape
Responsibilities:
- Integrate with the client s internal team to assess current DevOps workflows
- Configure and optimize Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy for streamlined delivery
- Build a CI/CD pipeline that supportssame-day production pushespost-QA sign-off
- Enableindividual item deploymentfrom sprint bundles
- Ensure minimal disruption to the internal team s daily operations
- Provide guidance on best practices for DevOps in an on-premises infrastructure

- Ability todecouple sprint tasksand deploy them individually
- Improvedspeed and flexibilityin production releases
- Seamless integration with existing tools and workflows
- Enhanced collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams
