Oracle Cloud Practice Director

Location: Remote ( WithTravel ) Edison, NJ

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Oracle Cloud Practice Director with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM), proven experience in sales/pre-sales, and strong project management leadership. This individual will be responsible for building and growing the Oracle Cloud practice, driving client engagements, and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

<>Practice Strategy & Leadership:</>

  • Lead and scale the Oracle Cloud practice including ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM modules.

  • Define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, service offerings, and delivery frameworks.

  • Own the overall performance of the practice including utilization, quality, and profitability.

  • Maintain partnerships with Oracle to align with their product roadmap and programs.

<>Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement:</>

  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to drive Oracle Cloud business growth.

  • Lead pre-sales activities such as client workshops, solution demos, and RFP responses.

  • Create solution architectures, proposals, and pricing strategies for Oracle Cloud projects.

  • Influence and close deals through consultative selling and executive engagement.

<>Project & Program Management:</>

  • Oversee large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs across industries.

  • Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget using PMP or Agile methodologies.

  • Act as an executive sponsor on key programs, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

  • Provide governance, risk management, and change control on strategic engagements.

<>Client Relationship Management:</>

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for C-level stakeholders on Oracle Cloud strategy and implementation.

  • Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.

  • Drive value realization and ROI through continuous improvement and innovation.

<>Team Development & Talent Management:</>

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Oracle Cloud delivery and pre-sales team.

  • Conduct skills assessments, training, and certification programs aligned with Oracle s latest releases.

  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle Applications, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in practice management and client delivery leadership.

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in sales/pre-sales and project management.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and executive presence.
