Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot a variety of issues, and ensure a seamless experience with IT systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for end-user issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently to maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
Assist with user account management tasks, including Active Directory administration.
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams as needed.
Document technical solutions and create user guides to improve troubleshooting processes.
Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
Collaborate with team members to implement IT best practices and improve support processes.

Requirements

Proficiency in Active Directory for user account management and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and familiarity with Windows 11.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in basic IT troubleshooting.
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and workflows.
Excellent communication skills to provide clear technical guidance to users.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
