Location: Remote.
Longevity: 6+ months contract to hire
Job Description:
As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for building high performance, scalable data solutions that meet the needs of millions of agents, brokers, home buyers, and sellers. We are looking for someone with proven experience in supporting cloud-native API applications using AWS cloud services. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in migrating databases, crafting solutions to complex problems, and demonstrated ownership of end-to-end data pipelines.
Required Skills:
Converting legacy systems to cloud native solutions
Data Pipeline development
ETL and processing of structured and unstructured data
IAC and CI/CD
NoSQL systems like MongoDB, DynamoDB and Relational SQL Database systems (PostgreSQL) and Athena
SQL Server, T-SQL experience
Experience running point on full database migration from legacy systems to new cloud solutions
Experience owning and implementing technical/data solutions or pipelines
AWS CloudFormation / AWS CDK
