Job Description:

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Backend Python Developer with expertise in AI technologies and cloud integration. This role will involve designing and building high-performance backend systems and APIs while collaborating across teams to integrate with AI frameworks and Azure services. The ideal candidate brings a deep Python background, experience working with AI tools, and hands-on familiarity with cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, including FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, or SQLModel.
• Develop and expose RESTful APIs to support internal and external application integrations.
• Integrate AI libraries and frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Crew AI into backend services.
• Deploy and manage backend applications in Microsoft Azure, utilizing services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
• Write and optimize efficient SQL queries for relational data processing.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and leverage Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with front-end developers using tools like Streamlit and Plotly Dash, with basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Participate in Agile development practices and contribute to cross-functional team efforts.
• Maintain code repositories using Git and Azure DevOps for version control.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Backend or Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in Python, especially with frameworks like FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and SQLModel.
• Practical experience working with AI/LLM tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or Crew AI.
• Deep familiarity with Azure Cloud, including AI services and infrastructure components.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL query optimization.
• Exposure to modern DevOps practices and toolchains (CI/CD, pipelines, version control).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development, deployment, and testing.
• Basic frontend knowledge for integration with dashboarding and lightweight UI tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
