Job Details

Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in endpoint and user migration activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and Entra ID environments.
  • Experience with specialized migration tools such as Quest ODM and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience in providing desktop computing support services in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and core application troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with post-migration quality assurance and service verification processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute device and user account cutover using provided migration tools and scripts.
  • Perform post-migration quality assurance to verify key software and services functionality.
  • Provide immediate desktop and basic application support to end users after migration.
  • Identify and escalate complex or severe technical issues to migration team leadership.
  • Complete detailed intake forms documenting user and device usage information.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and productivity during technical challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve migration targets efficiently.
