Position Title: HR SSC Benefits Advisor

Location: Vienna VA OR Pensacola FL, United States (Hybrid)

Hire Type: Contract on W2

Job Description:

Duties
Assist client in our efforts to provide world-class benefits to our teammates, in the areas of:
o Retirement
o Pension
o Life Insurance claims assistance
o Leave
Respond to employee questions submitted through our Service Now case system.
Requirements
Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and independent work ethic.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Exhibit sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred
Oracle HCM experience.
