Must-Haves :

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Tibco and .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, etc.).
- Proven track record in leading complex software migration projects, especially from legacy systems to modern technologies.
- Experience in the Financial Services or Wealth Management domain, with an understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance financial applications.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, particularly related to Tibco (EMS, BW, etc.) and .NET Core. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with financial platforms, trading systems, portfolio management systems, or risk management systems.
- Familiarity with Tibco Business Works (BW), Tibco EMS, and integration methodologies. Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline setups. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
