Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Envizi Architect & Project Coordinator to support the successful deployment of the Envizi Sustainability Data and Performance platform. The ideal candidate will lead the early and final stages of the implementation lifecycle, including project kickoff, requirements gathering, user training, reporting validation, and project closure activities. This role ensures that project objectives are clearly defined, stakeholder needs are captured, users are well-trained, and the transition to ongoing support is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Kick-Off (Task 1)
- Lead and facilitate the project initiation phase
- Define and confirm project scope, governance, protocols, and communication channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Prepare documentation and logistics for the requirements gathering phase
2. Requirements Gathering & Reporting Workshops (Task 2)
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Document platform overview sessions and clarify implementation expectations
- Capture detailed business and technical requirements
- Validate and prioritize reporting needs to ensure appropriate system configuration
3. User Training (Task 6)
- Develop and deliver structured training programs for both System Administrators and General Users
- Coordinate live and on-demand training sessions during and post-implementation
- Create and maintain user documentation and reference materials
- Ensure users are confident and capable in using the Envizi platform effectively
4. Reporting Review Workshop (Task 7)
- Organize and conduct review sessions of standard and custom reports
- Capture additional reporting needs and align them with best practices
- Oversee testing and delivery of any custom reporting features or outputs
5. Project Completion & Transition (Task 8)
- Lead formal handoff meetings with the client and support teams
- Prepare and deliver client-specific documentation to support future system use
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Sustainability, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or business analysis, preferably in SaaS implementations
- 3+ years of Envizi experience required
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and document detailed requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with other sustainability platforms
- Change management or training certification (e.g., Prosci, Train-the-Trainer)
- Knowledge of data integrity, reporting logic, and quality assurance practices
