Job purpose / Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Software Lead to drive the Product Health Development (Azure Cloud/.NET and React) efforts within our software organization. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and ongoing evolution of our products through bug fixes, escalation support, and minor enhancements. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams across Europe, India, and the US and collaborate closely with engineering, support, and product teams to maintain high product performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead for all Product Health Development initiatives, ensuring that escalations, fixes, and enhancements are handled efficiently.
  • Strong experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Strong experience in .NET, Reach, React Native, and/or Angular 2+ is required.
  • Experience with cloud services such as Azure and AngularJS is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps practices.
  • Coordinate and guide geographically distributed teams (Europe, India, and the US), ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and handoffs between regions.
  • Oversee the resolution of critical product issues and bugs in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on customers.
  • Manage and support escalations from field teams, providing technical guidance to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborate with the product support, development, and testing teams to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers working on product health initiatives.
  • Act as the key interface between engineering and field/customer teams, ensuring smooth information flow and resolution.
