Technical Product Manager

Overview:
This role supports the delivery of innovative digital and ecommerce initiatives within a growing organization.  The ideal candidate blends technical fluency, business acumen, and leadership in cross-functional product teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to define and execute product roadmaps that support digital growth initiatives.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of digital product features — from ideation and requirements gathering to testing, launch, and performance monitoring.

  • Evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends in ecommerce and digital engagement to identify potential solutions for business needs.

  • Manage stakeholder communications, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities.

  • Prioritize enhancements and backlog items based on value, impact, and dependencies.

  • Translate business goals into actionable product requirements, ensuring technical and user experience alignment.

  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, QA, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of releases.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to drive clear communication and solution alignment.

  • Support digital vision execution by integrating existing and emerging systems for enhanced customer interaction and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • Several years of experience in digital product or technical program management within a technology-driven or ecommerce organization.

  • Strong knowledge of agile and iterative development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

  • Understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, data management, analytics, and digital user experience principles.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives with multiple teams and priorities.
