Technical Product Manager
Overview:
This role supports the delivery of innovative digital and ecommerce initiatives within a growing organization. The ideal candidate blends technical fluency, business acumen, and leadership in cross-functional product teams.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to define and execute product roadmaps that support digital growth initiatives.

Oversee the full lifecycle of digital product features — from ideation and requirements gathering to testing, launch, and performance monitoring.

Evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends in ecommerce and digital engagement to identify potential solutions for business needs.

Manage stakeholder communications, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities.

Prioritize enhancements and backlog items based on value, impact, and dependencies.

Translate business goals into actionable product requirements, ensuring technical and user experience alignment.

Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Facilitate agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, QA, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of releases.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to drive clear communication and solution alignment.

Support digital vision execution by integrating existing and emerging systems for enhanced customer interaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Several years of experience in digital product or technical program management within a technology-driven or ecommerce organization.

Strong knowledge of agile and iterative development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience collaborating with UX/UI, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, data management, analytics, and digital user experience principles.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives with multiple teams and priorities.
