This role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformational initiatives that directly impact our Global Supply Chain operations. You will drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and help shape the future of our SAP landscape.

As a key member of the EWM team, you will lead business process analysis, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate across functions to implement solutions that align with our strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone at a team lead level, looking to step into management responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support initiatives in the SAP EWM space, with a strong focus on warehouse automation, inventory processes, and logistics execution.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP EWM enhancements, project workstreams, and system releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
  • Provide expertise and hands-on support in EWM configurations and, ideally, custom development.
  • Conduct and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in warehouse operations, supporting continuous improvement and automation strategies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM with deep understanding of processes like Inbound, Outbound, Handling Unit (HU) Management, and Transportation Units.
  • Proven experience leading SAP-related business process initiatives, ideally in global or enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics execution.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams, with skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong master data knowledge related to EWM and supply chain processes.

Preferred:

  • Experience with the SAP PP (Production Planning) module.
  • Experience with SAP configuration and familiarity with custom development and coding concepts.
  • Background in automation technologies within warehouse and inventory systems.
