Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Location: Dublin, OH or Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Type: [C2C / W2 / Full-time Contract]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource planning
  • Manage SAP project plans including dependencies, timelines, and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and testing teams
  • Track and manage WRICEF objects planning and execution
  • Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, scope, and quality
  • Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder updates (executive and team level)
  • Manage vendor deliverables and hold them accountable to contract terms (SOWs, SLAs)
  • Support cutover planning, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Leverage tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, and SAP Solution Manager for tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with Cardinal Health s internal IT and business teams for effective delivery

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in SAP project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (OTC, PTP, RTR, SCE) and WRICEF management
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large-scale SAP ECC landscapes
  • Proven success in managing multi-million dollar budgets ($500K $5M+)
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Project Online/Server, and ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication, risk/issue management, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile certifications preferred
  • Previous experience working in a matrixed enterprise environment is highly desirable
  • SAP Project experience within healthcare, pharma, or regulated environments is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology
  • Familiarity with Change Management, UAT planning, and training coordination
  • Experience working with offshore/onshore teams
