Job Details
Role: SAP Service Management Lead
Location: Newark, CA
Duration: Long Term
- 12 years of SAP experience, with SAP Service Management (SM) knowledge.
- Proven experience in automotive industry projects, specifically:
- Vehicle Management System (VMS)
- Warranty and Claims Management
- Service Contracts & Service Orders
- Strong functional integration knowledge with FI (tax, revenue recognition), MM (inventory), and SD/OTC (pricing, distribution).
- Hands-on experience with warranty claims automation, validations, and financial postings.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-to-SAP migration is a plus.
- Strong skills in documentation (BPMN, FS, WRICEF, test scripts) and driving quality governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills must be able to push back on SI and align cross-functional teams.
- Prior client-side lead/architect experience strongly preferred
