Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

What You'll Do
- Execute testing across feasibility, development, characterization, materials, and design verification phases.
- Operate a wide range of test equipment including microscopes, tensile testers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, environmental chambers, and more.
- Assist in fixture and equipment development, including design, validation, and engineering studies.
- Document test results using good documentation practices and support failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
- Contribute to lab management, including equipment troubleshooting, safety enforcement, and audit readiness.
- Write clear and compliant technical documentation such as test procedures, protocols, and reports.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and flexible work hours, including occasional early mornings, late nights, or overtime.
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of experience in test engineering or related fields.
- Experience designing fixtures, tools, or equipment using CAD software (SolidWorks or OnShape preferred).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, MATLAB, C, VBA).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and DOE techniques (Gauge R&R, t-test, ANOVA).
Bonus Skills
- Hands-on experience with electromechanical test equipment and measurement systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
