Detailed Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.
• The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing IT and business processes and will assist in various capacities relating to our company's technology needs.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems, and expertise in implementing modern interfaces that exchange data with large, complex legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Develop and document business and IT process models to illustrate current and future states. Perform fit-gap analyses.
• Gather and document design requirements.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute testing plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results.
• Assist with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle.
• Assist with troubleshooting software systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
