Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource management.
- Lead diverse project teams, fostering cooperation across various departments.
- Track project progress and address risks and issues promptly.
- Adapt project scope, schedule, and budget as necessary, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct evaluations post-project to identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies and certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Preferred Skills
- Background in healthcare, med tech manufacturing, regulatory, or product stewardship.
- Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Skills in data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.
- Experience with budgeting and task tracking.
