  • Responsibilities: Design electrical power systems for data centers and large facilities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address product design and cost considerations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation as required.
  • Communicate technical knowledge effectively within a team environment.
  • Support the implementation of power management systems, including UPS, PDU, Generator, and STS systems.


  • Must-Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); MS or Ph.D. preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical product development for mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong understanding of AC/DC power distribution circuits and low-voltage systems.
  • Expertise in power management systems, including UPS, PDU, Generators, and STS systems.
  • Knowledge of Telcordia, UL, National Electric Code, IEEE, and NEBS standards.
  • Experience with protective device coordination and arc flash studies.


  • Nice-to-Have Skills:Professional Engineering License.
  • Familiarity with building codes and grounding techniques.
  • Experience with simulation and CAD tools.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and system design.
  • Recognition of sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions.
