Operations and Logistics Technician

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Managing hardware for impactful events for the company.
Coordination and facilitation of loan requests for partners.
Inventory logistics, monitoring and reporting.
Assist partner leads with issue resolution and escalations needed.
Support loan timelines and processes, inventory audits, as well as activities for all partners.
Key Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience in inventory logistics, product lifecycle and/or project management.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to participate in multiple activities concurrently.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintains communication and engagement with vendors and cross-functional partners.
Experience working on confidential projects is preferred.
Proficient in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Excel.
Network or/and server administration experience a plus.
Type: Contract

Pay rate: $25.00 - $36.00 (DOE)
