Job Description:
- Lead the design and deployment of AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and GenAI applications to solve complex business problems.
- Develop, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs; implement RAG/GraphRAG systems and multi-modal AI pipelines.
- Curate enterprise data and build scalable ingestion workflows using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, MLFlow/EKS.
- Implement MCP and A2A communication, evaluation frameworks, bias mitigation, and guardrails for production-ready AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions via APIs and standardized patterns.
- Required: MS/PhD in AI/Data Science, 10+ yrs AI/ML, 3+ yrs GenAI/LLM experience, Python, Transformers, LangChain; Github repo required.
- Preferred: publications/patents, AI governance experience, CI/CD for ML Ops, scalable inference APIs.
