Job Description:
  • Expert in data architecture disciplines
  • Expert in architecture and design across all systems of the LOB
  • As a Senior Data Engineer, candidate will be integral to our development team, focusing on data-driven strategies to optimize the SCIM broker solution.
  • Candidate's role will involve analyzing and interpreting large datasets to improve automated access provisioning processes, ensuring seamless integration with mainframe and mid-range computing platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate data science solutions into full stack application development.
  • Analyze data related to access provisioning and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance the SCIM broker solution's efficiency and security.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate findings and insights through visualizations, reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data science and access provisioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in data science or a related role, preferably in application development or access provisioning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or R.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PySpark, or Polars.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with database querying.
  • Understanding of SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) protocols and solutions.
  • Experience with mainframe and mid-range computing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay Range: $60- $65/hr W2
