Duration: 12 Months+

Role Objective: Ensure the e-commerce platform is fast, resilient, secure, and highly available by owning Cloudflare edge services and site reliability practices.

  • Cloudflare Edge & Traffic Management
Own configuration and ongoing operation of Cloudflare CDN, DNS, caching, Workers, and traffic routing to optimize performance, scalability, and availability across global storefronts and APIs.
  • Site Reliability & Availability Engineering
Design, monitor, and improve reliability for customer-facing systems, including uptime, latency, error budgets, SLIs/SLOs, and incident response for revenue-critical user journeys such as browse, checkout, and payment.
  • Performance Optimization & Load Readiness
Lead performance tuning across edge and origin layers, including cache strategies, origin shielding, traffic shaping, and load-testing readiness for peak events (e.g., promotions, seasonal traffic spikes).
  • Monitoring, Incident Response & Resilience
Build and maintain observability across Cloudflare, application, and infrastructure metrics; participate in on-call rotations; conduct post-incident reviews; and implement preventative reliability improvements.
