Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for desktop systems and related hardware. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing workstations, Active Directory, and Windows 10 environments.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Manage workstation configurations and ensure optimal performance.
Administer Active Directory, including user account management and group policy updates.
Perform desktop imaging and deployment to maintain consistency across the organization.
Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows 10 operating systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical incidents.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations.
Assist with hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
Offer guidance and training to end-users to improve their understanding of system functionality.

Requirements

Proven experience in desktop support and workstation management.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration.
Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining Windows 10 operating systems.
Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools.
Proficiency in diagnosing hardware issues and recommending solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
