Job Description
We seek a strategic MarTech Data Architect to design and manage the data architecture supporting our marketing technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, integrations, and system architecture, with hands-on experience in platforms like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CDPs, analytics tools, and campaign systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Architecture: Design scalable and efficient data architectures for MarTech platforms. Develop models for segmentation, personalization, and orchestration. Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA. Leverage cloud-native services such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, and Synapse.
Integration and Enablement: Lead the integration of CRMs, CDPs, analytics, and automation tools. Build real-time data pipelines and workflows. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams on APIs, ETL processes, and infrastructure.
Marketing Data Strategy: Define unified data strategies for personalized campaigns. Create frameworks for identity resolution, attribution, and journey analytics. Partner with teams to extract actionable insights.
Technology and Innovation: Stay current on MarTech advancements. Recommend and onboard tools aligned with business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert in MarTech data strategy.
Collaboration and Leadership: Align architecture with business needs across marketing, analytics, and IT. Mentor team members on MarTech systems and data best practices.
