Job Summary
We are seeking a senior sales leader who has extensive expertise in hunting new logo, selling Managed services OR Staff Augmentation OR both to businesses, typically focusing on acquire new logo. And also have extensive experience in healthcare.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for staff augmentation, IT operation, project needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the staff augmentation space.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and implement effective lead generation techniques. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with industry standards.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within a hunting role.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in information technology
- Healthcare experience is required.
