Description
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Warminster, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will work on dynamic e-commerce projects, leveraging your expertise in full stack development and headless commerce architectures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain e-commerce websites using Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Implement shopping cart flows, checkout processes, and catalog management systems to enhance customer journeys.
Design and integrate APIs, GraphQL queries, and headless architectures to support front-end and back-end connectivity.
Utilize object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns to create scalable and maintainable code.
Collaborate with team members using Git version control and CI/CD pipelines for efficient project workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of web applications.
Conduct AB testing to optimize website functionality and user engagement.
Participate in Agile Scrum practices to plan, develop, and deliver projects on time.
Manage bug tracking and testing processes using Atlassian Jira.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of full stack web development experience in an e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in MySQL, JavaScript ES6, Alpine, and backend development frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce and headless commerce architectures.
Strong understanding of APIs, GraphQL, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
Familiarity with Git version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
