We are seeking a first-line manager to lead the ADP Reliability, Maintainability, and Training Curriculum Development teams within the Vehicle Systems directorate. This position reports to the Senior Manager of DPHM, Reliability & Maintainability (R&M), and Ground-Crew Training. The manager will oversee a functional engineering team located in Marietta, GA, and Fort Worth, TX, responsible for delivering high-quality R&M engineering support and developing training curricula that meet the needs of the ADP line of business. The successful candidate will set high performance standards, maintain professionalism, and demonstrate continuous learning and analytical thinking.
The manager's primary responsibility is to drive the development and implementation of functional standards for the R&M and Training competencies. This includes establishing and coordinating processes, plans, and procedures that ensure timely, accurate, and focused engineering support across the enterprise. The role also involves creating and executing workforce competency strategies, managing and advancing a skilled team, and fostering an agile, inclusive environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
Strategically, the manager will work with the team to define vision, goals, and objectives that support higher-level program and organizational outcomes. They will lead cost-reduction and long-range improvement initiatives, align day-to-day operational plans with strategic direction, and maintain situational awareness of team status and issues.
Operationally, the manager will assign personnel to programs and tasks, direct resources to priority work, and adjust priorities as needs evolve. They will interface and coordinate with stakeholders and leadership from Sustainment, Vehicle Systems, Mission Systems Engineering, suppliers, and customers to develop and mature R&M and training capabilities.
Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, equivalent discipline considered)
Systems engineering experience
Technical lead or team leadership experience

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
