The Ask? Client is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Advisory (Subject Matter Expert) specializing in Oracle HCM cloud Core HR and Payroll setups/configurations.as the changes will impact all these modules. Ideal candidate would have excellent understanding on, how key attributes like cost center, Chart of Accounts (COA), Value sets, business units, legal entities etc. are interrelated between HCM and ERP clouds and advise client HR/Finance stakeholders on optimum solution options to overcome challenges on HR end while integrating with ERP. She/He will work closely with Client HR team in an advisory role to propose potential solutions, interact with various HR/Finance stakeholders, leverage prior experience with similar challenges, and perform configurations as needed.
Responsibilities_
- Hands on experience in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product, from planning through design, build, testing and go-live.
- Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud application.
- Experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations.
- Experience managing project financials, including monitoring, and managing project risks/issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client.
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Assist with tasks such as: system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to Oracle HCM implementation.
Skills and Experience_
- Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR and Payroll
- Excellent understanding of how key attributes like cost center, Chart of Accounts (COA), Value sets, business units, legal entities etc. are interrelated between Oracle HCM and ERP clouds
- Excellent communication skills - This resource will work closely with Client HR team in an advisory role to propose potential solution options, interact with various HR/Finance stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle HCM Cloud core modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Absence management.
- Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Minimum of 15 years of HCM implementation consulting experience
- Expertise on North American HCM functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.
- Previous consulting experience with Hospital Group / Provider is Strongly Desired
- Certifications Desired:
- Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred.
