IT Manager
LaSalle Network is partnered with a nationwide construction company who is searching for their next Remote IT Manager. This individual will lead IT project execution, manage MSP relationships, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations across a distributed environment. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to transition from hands-on technical work into strategic IT leadership, particularly in areas such as Microsoft 365, Intune, cloud-based VoIP systems, and support queue oversight.

Responsibilities



  • Lead and track IT infrastructure and service delivery projects, including new office buildouts and technology deployments.

  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of internet circuits and hardware; manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.

  • Monitor support ticket queues to ensure timely resolution; serve as the escalation point for unresolved or delayed issues.

  • Collaborate with the MSP to manage daily IT operations and ensure service quality.

  • Oversee and delegate tasks related to Microsoft 365 administration, with a focus on Intune and endpoint management.

  • Respond to executive-level IT requests with urgency and professionalism.

  • Support and manage platforms including Acculynx, CallRail, cloud-based VoIP systems, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.

  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure proper scheduling, equipment readiness, and compliance with safety protocols.

  • Contribute to IT strategy and planning as the company scales and prepares for increased M&A activity.


Requirements



  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support, including Intune.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage MSP/vendor relationships and oversee helpdesk operations.

  • Familiarity with the Acculynx platform and similar construction or field service management tools.

  • Experience coordinating IT projects and managing ticketing systems in a distributed environment.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills for effective client and internal team interaction.

  • Preferred: experience with cloud-based VoIP systems, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with occasional travel.

  • Preference for candidates located in the Central Time Zone, particularly near Chicago or Minneapolis.
