Job Details

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst for the DAM (Digital Asset Management) Portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to identify data models, create training materials, and provide ongoing support for the DAM platform. This role requires a proactive individual who can facilitate educational sessions, create user guides, and collaborate with IS&T for continuous improvement of the platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the business to identify their data model and vocabularies, collaborating with IS&T to translate them into a working model.
  • Create training materials and deliver creative training sessions, including videos, slide decks, and other tools.
  • Facilitate Office Hours for business tenants to provide educational sessions on specific features.
  • Provide support for business teams as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for change and collaborate with IS&T for continuous improvement of the DAM platform.
  • Create demo videos for OneDAM, including new features and updates.
  • Create and maintain user guides for the application and document new features in every release.

Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical writing and documentation.
  • 5-10 years of experience in creating training materials and delivering training sessions.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and creative training content, including videos and slide decks.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Pay Range: $65/hr - $80/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
