Overview:
We re looking for a detail-oriented Product Operations Analyst with 3 5 years of experience to support the successful rollout, adoption, and improvement of our software products. This role bridges product, engineering, and end users ensuring smooth implementations, gathering actionable feedback, and improving the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site user testing and training sessions to support product rollouts
Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and feature enhancement opportunities
Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the SDLC
Document user insights, product issues, and enhancement requests
Create and maintain internal and client-facing product documentation
Support change management and adoption strategies with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
3 5 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or implementation roles
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with user testing, customer training, and feedback collection
Excellent SPANISH AND ENGLISH communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel to client site as needed
